Free Booking Request
The Olds Municipal Library believes in the value of educational opportunities for the community. To this end, we offer our room free of charge to not for profit organizations offering educational programs, workshops, or information sessions.
Eligible:

Classes, Workshops, and information sessions open to the community at large, offered free of charge or minimal charge (cost recovery).
Ineligible:

Classes, workshops or information sessions open to only your organization.

Board meetings or private meetings.
Note: If your event falls in the ineligible category you have two options:

Book using our Not for Profit Rate. 50% off the regular booking rate. (Find out more about rates on our meeting rooms page: https://www.oldslibrary.ca/meeting-rooms)

Use the room during open hours without a booking. Our rooms are always free to use if they aren't booked or in use for our programs. You can check availability for all rooms on our website and let us know at the desk when you arrive and we'll do our best to accommodate you. https://www.oldslibrary.ca/meeting-rooms
