Tech Take-Apart (Ages 8-12)

Ever wondered what's inside a keyboard, computer mouse, or other everyday technology? at Tech Take-Apart, young explorers will get the chance to find out!

In this hands-on workshop, participants will safely use real tools to take apart retired technology and discover the components hidden inside. As they explore, they'll learn about the different parts that help everyday devices work, ask questions, and satisfy their curiosity through guided discovery.

No experience is necessary, and there is no need to bring anything, all tools, safety equipment, and technology will be provided. Just bring your curiosity and get ready to investigate the inner workings of the technology we use every day!

This program is intended for children ages 8 - 12 and encourages problem solving, observation, and hands-on STEM learning in a fun and engaging environment.
